In all current Mercedes models, the Vmax and the torque control as well as other functions such as flap control, cooling function, etc. have been relocated to an external control unit.
This controller is known as the CPC controller.
A modification of the CPC control unit is required when changing
the Vmax or when increasing the torque limiter.
A modification in the engine control unit AND in the CPC control unit is therefore necessary for Vmax changes.
Unfortunately, this modification is not possible in the existing CPC control unit.
A new CPC is already included in the price.
The coding and vehicle-relevant data are read out by us remotely via the Tactrix Interface (must be available at the dealer).
We will then modify a new CPC for your vehicle and send it by express.
